Like the rest of the DECOP range, it’s built on a leverage mechanism, so you get a clean press without much effort. For thicker cardstock, try holding it at waist height and pressing down with your body weight for the best result.
A few details worth knowing
The die cut comes in at roughly 32 x 25mm, with a compact body measuring D78 x W53 x H68mm. The lever action makes it comfortable to use again and again, and it’s easy to tuck away in a craft box or drawer between projects.
A couple of tips
Paper around 120 grams works best, similar to two sheets of standard copy paper. Delicate papers like washi or origami paper can jam the mechanism, so it’s worth stacking a couple of sheets together or pairing them with a sheet of copy paper first. As with all DECOP punches, this one is designed for paper only.
